Fall Out Boy
Fall Out Boy- Pete, Patrick, Joe, Andy

Fall Out Boy was formed in the year 2001 in Wilmette, Illinois, with the lineup of Patrick Stump, Pete Wentz, Joe Trohman, T.J. Kunasch, and "Mike", which would change drastically over the years. The band does not have an exact beginning of meeting up and forming a band, but they had success from the get-go.

Fall Out Boy was first signed to Uprise Records, where they recorded their first Mini-LP, "Fall Out Boy's Night Out With Your Girlfriend". Andy Hurley, who would later join the band, was not featured on this album. The album contained the song "Calm Before the Storm", which would later be added onto their second LP, "Take This to Your Grave". This album was the first one to feature all the current members of Fall Out Boy. The singles "Grand Theft Autumn/Where Is Your Boy", "Saturday" and "Dead On Arrival" (which is a playable song on "Rock Band") had great success on MTV and FUSE. But, this album didn't get Gold until the release of their second LP, "From Under the Cork Tree".

The album "From Under the Cork Tree" was Fall Out Boy's first "successful" album they released. It sold well over 3,000,000 copies in the United States, and over 200,000 in Canada. It features some of the most well known singles from FOB, including "Sugar, We're Goin' Down", "Dance, Dance" and "A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More "Touch Me"". This is Fall Out Boy's most successful album.

FOB later released an LP entitled "Infinity On High", which instantly recieved worldwide recognition. The band released it's first single off of the album, "This Ain't A Scene, It's An Armsrace" in early 2007, with it becoming popular quickly. It has been remixed and covered by many notible rap artists such as Kanye West, Paul Wall, Skinnhead Rob, Lupe Fiasco, Tyga, Travis McCoy, and Lil Wayne. Also, a live performance featured Brandon Urie of Panic at the Disco.

Fall Out Boy has reached high mainstream success, and doesn't seem to slow down. The current lineup is:

Lead Vocals/Guitar: Patrick Stump
Lead Guitar/Vocals: Joe Trohman
Bass/Vocals: Pete Wentz
Drums: Andy Hurley
